If you wish the calendar to display the event during the whole day keep the box checked. Alternatively, uncheck the box which will give you the option to set the time during which the event will display on the calendar.

Setting time zone and format
Setting the time zone and format is quite simple. Go to the settings page of the module, scroll down to the very bottom of the page to locate the required settings and edit them.

Adding calendar event link
In order to add a link to your calendar of events we’ll need to do the following:
- In the calendar click on the date you’d like to add an event to.
- On the next screen click the “+” button located in the bottom of the window.
- We’re going to use the right window in order to add external links. Right now you can see there’s some default text that says “Enter Event Description”.
- Write in the text you’d be linking your external source to instead of the default text. The text doesn’t necessarily have to look like http://www.yoursite.com . It may be any text at all, the way you want it the calendar to display for example, “My Birthday Party”. Write this text in the contents window on the right.

- After that highlight the text you’ve just written and click “Add Link” button above the window.

- In the new pop-up window in the appropriate field insert the link your text will be linked to. In the same window you can also make the text bold, display it underlined and indicate whether to open the link in a new window. Click “Save” to store the settings.

- Click “Save” on the next screen as well as we have done linking the text to the external source. Let’s see how the added text will look like in a visual mode.
- The newly added event is now displayed on a single event screen.
Double click the name of the event on to see how the event is going to be displayed for the users.
The text we have just added is displayed on the right and linked to the external source. It’s also underlined.
